Planet-F1: GPWC Blast Max's Sudden Changes
"The car manufacturers' organisation, the Grand Prix World Championship (GPWC), has released a statement saying that it will ask its members to challenge some of the new rule 'changes' imposed on F1 by Max Mosley this Wednesday."

Well, the manufacturers have spoken.

My solution for cutting costs is for the top teams to supply last year's technology to other 2nd tier teams. Some teams are already supplying 2nd (and even 3rd) teams older spec engines.

I think now it's time for the top teams to start pawning off some of their old technological developments. Imagine if Minardi (for example) bought BMW's engine, Renault's launch control, and Ferrari's suspension. Each of these teams would earn some extra cash for last year's developments, and Minardi will save a bit w/o having to work on these innovations themselves.
